Refunds are made via the original payment method (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer).

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded through bank transfer or wallet payment.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll replace your item (subject to stock availability).

You may need to pay delivery charges for the exchange shipment.

Return shipping costs are covered by AU Store only if the product was defective or wrong.
