🔁 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You provide a proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@austore.pk within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.

  3. Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for pickup or return shipping.


💰 3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer).

  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded through bank transfer or wallet payment.


⚙️ 4. Exchange Policy

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll replace your item (subject to stock availability).

  • You may need to pay delivery charges for the exchange shipment.


🚚 5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by AU Store only if the product was defective or wrong.

  • In all other cases, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
