All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation message via email or WhatsApp once your order is placed.

🚛 2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time: 2 to 5 working days (depending on your city).
Remote areas may take up to 7 working days.
Delivery is handled through trusted courier partners like Leopard Courier, TCS, and M&P.

💰 3. Shipping Charges

Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,000.
Orders below Rs. 2,000 may include a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250.
Any delivery promotions or offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or announcement bar.

💳 4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan for your convenience.
Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate for smooth delivery.
Repeated order cancellations may result in COD service restriction for that customer.

🔄 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

📦 6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
